The NEW Retro Burger Bar Menu

Over the last few months, Chef Tadd Chapman has been working diligently on assembling one of the most fun, eclectic menus in Los Cabos for Retro Burger Bar. Well, we think that this new menu including a ton of great options for the kids will knock your socks off!

Along with daily $60 peso promotions, Retro Burger Bar now offers half-pound burgers or double patty burgers, which will delight any and all hamburger-enthusiasts. What’s more, the appetizer portion of the menu has been completely overhauled with Spicy Tuna Nachos, “Chicharrones”, Cheddar-cheese and beef Cheesburger “lollipops” and Chicken Wings with 7, that’s right we said SEVEN types of Salsas to choose from!

What is also brand new on the menu is something Tadd likes to call, “Mexican…ish” which is a blend of Mexican flavors fused together with North American favorities. Items patrons are already raving about are the Baja Fish or Shrimp Tacos, the Pork Belly Chicharron Tacos, Gingered Rib-Eye Tacos and especially, the Stone Bowl Fajitas served in huge portions.

And, don’t forget some of the best desserts in town like banana splits, milkshakes of all flavors made with real ice cream and some special treats too just for the kids!
